TakeProfitTrader has upgraded its payout process by launching fully automated withdrawals for active Tradovate PRO accounts, cutting processing times from hours to just a few seconds. The new feature eliminates manual approval for eligible accounts, allowing traders to receive their funds almost immediately after submitting a withdrawal request.
The prop firm announced that the account-to-wallet process is now entirely automated. Under the previous system, withdrawal requests were manual, with processing generally taking 12 to 18 hours or longer during busy periods. Following the update, eligible withdrawals are available in approximately 3 to 5 seconds, removing the need to wait for business-hour approvals or processing queues.
The automation is going to improve the overall experience for funded traders by providing faster access to profits while allowing uninterrupted trading. Since withdrawals are instant, traders no longer have to pause their activity while waiting for funds to be available.

According to TakeProfitTrader, the enhancement includes automatic withdrawal approvals, near-instant wallet transfers, and the removal of delays that previously accompanied manual processing. These changes streamline one of the most frequently used features by funded traders, particularly those who withdraw profits on a regular basis.
The rollout, however, is not yet available across every account type. The firm clarified that the new system currently supports active Tradovate PRO accounts only. Withdrawals from archived Tradovate PRO accounts that have been liquidated for more than three days, as well as Rithmic accounts and PRO+ accounts, will continue to follow the existing manual review process.
While TakeProfitTrader has not announced a timeline for expanding automation to those account categories, the latest update suggests the firm is continuing to invest in operational improvements beyond its trading conditions.
